  5. --DIPPING SAUCE--

  6. 1/2 c Peanut butter

  7. 1/2 c Water

  8. 1 tb Brown sugar; packed

  9. 1/2 ts Red pepper sauce

  10. 1 sm Garlic clove; crushed

  11. --SHRIMP--

  12. 1 1/2 lb Shrimp; peeled

  13. 2 tb Vegetable oil

  14. 2 tb Water

  15. 1 tb Lemon juice

  16. 1 ts Brown sugar; packed

  17. 1/2 ts Salt

  18. 1/2 ts Red pepper suace

  19. 2 Garlic cloves; crushed

  20. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing all ingredients until smooth.

  21. Cover until serving time. Make a shallow cut lengthwise down

  22. back of shrimp; wash out vein. Mix remaining ingredients in

  23. medium glass bowl. Add shrimp; stir to coat with marinade. Cover

  24. and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove shrimp from marinade;

  25. reserve marinade. Thread shrimp on 6, 15 metal skewers, leaving

  26. space between each. Cover and grill shrimp about 4 from medium

  27. 10-20 minutes, turning and brushing

  28. 2-3 times with

  29. marinade, until shrimp are pink. Serve with sauce, and if

  30. desired, lime wedges. --
