  1. 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted & diced

  2. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

  3. 2 green onions, finely sliced

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

  5. 1 clove garlic, minced

  6. 1/2 tsp. chili powder

  7. 1/4 tsp. salt

  8. 1 tomato, seeded and diced

  9. chopped parsley

  10. 1/3 cup Oregon Hazelnutes, roasted and chopped

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, avocado, onion, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder and salt. Blend well.

  2. Add half the nuts and tomato; blend. Mold into ball.

  3. Top with remaining nuts and parsley. Chill.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
