  1. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  2. 6 tablespoon rice vinegar

  3. 3 tablespoons Equal Spoonful*

  4. 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

  5. 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger root

  1. Combine all ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and refrigerate, 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Use as a dressing for mixed salad greens, grilled vegetables or pasta.
