    1. 6 ears of corn

    2. 1/2 tablespoon of lime juice

    3. 2 drops of Tabasco

    4. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Instructions Add the corn to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, turn off the heat and drain the corn. Place the corn on a large dish. In a small bowl, stir together the oil, lime juice. and Tabasco. Pour liquid mixture on top of corn and season with cumin, salt, and pepper. .
