  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Plain yogurt/sour cream/or mayonnaise

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery seed

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Hungarian sweet paprika

  6. 10 Garlic cloves - minced

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt - optional

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  9. 8 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  10. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Fine dry bread crumbs

  1. In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Remove chicken from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350-degree for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
