  8. 1/2 ts Salt

  9. 1 c Sourdough starter

  10. 5 1/2 c Flour

  11. 1/4 c Butter

  12. Dissolve yeast in 2 c lukewarm water. Add sugar,

  13. salt, starter, and flour. Cover; let rise to doubled.

  14. Roll out dough to 3/4 in thick. Cut with biscuit

  15. cutter. Dip both sides in butter. Place on

  16. well-greased baking pan. If touching will be soft, if
