  1. 3/4 cup ricotta cheese

  2. 1/3 cup water

  3. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  4. 3 large eggs

  5. 1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons white bread flour

  6. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

  7. 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  9. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  10. 2/3 cup dried cherries

  11. 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

  1. Place ingredients in order given by manufacturer of bread machine. Add cherries at the beep (after the first kneading).

  2. Select Sweet setting and Light Crust setting; press start.
