  1. Streusel:

  2. 1/3 cup Flour

  3. 1/3 cup Sugar

  4. 1/2 TSP Cinnamon

  5. 1/4 cup cold Butter , cubed

  6. Cream Cheese Filling:

  7. 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temp

  8. 1/4 cup Sugar

  9. Lemon zest

  10. 1 TBL Flour

  11. Cake Batter:

  12. 1 cup Flour

  13. 1 TSP Baking Powder

  14. TSP Salt

  15. 1/4 cup Butter , room temp

  16. 1/2 cup Sugar

  17. 1 Egg

  18. 1/2 TSP Vanilla

  19. 1/3 cup Milk

  20. 1 cup Berries or 1/2 cup preserves

  1. Preheat 350 degrees.

  2. Butter spring form pan and line with parchment.

  3. Streusel: mix flour, sugar, cinn. Cut in butter with fork.

  4. Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth.

  5. Cake Batter: mix flour, powder, salt in sm bowl, set aside. Cream butter, add sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Alternate flour mix and milk - only to combined.

  6. Spread batter in pan, up edges a little. Add cream cheese mixture. Scatter berries / jam and top with streusel.

  7. Bake at 60 - 70 minutes (check after 50 minutes). Cool on wire rack.
