  2. 1 c Graham cracker crumbs

  3. Sugar

  4. 1 ts Cinnamon; divided

  5. 3 tb Margarine; melted

  6. 16 oz Cream cheese; softened

  7. 2 Eggs

  8. 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

  9. 4 c Apple slices; thinly sliced,

  10. - peeled, about 2 1/2 lbs

  11. - apples

  12. 1/2 c Pecans; chopped

  1. : Preheat oven to 350~.

  2. Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and margarine in small bowl; mix well.

  3. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate.

  4. Bake crust 10 minutes.

  5. : Beat together cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl until well blended.

  6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  7. Blend in vanilla; pour into crust.

  8. Combine remaining 1/3 cup sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in large bowl.

  9. Add apples; toss gently to coat.

  10. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese mixture.

  11. Sprinkle with pecans.

  12. : Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set.

  13. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

  14. Refrigerate.
