  1. 8 chicken drumsticks

  2. 3 tablespoons butter

  3. 2 tablespoons honey

  4. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  5. 4 garlic cloves, minced

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with sides with foil and place drumsticks on foil.

  2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and brush on drumsticks. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn and brush with remaining butter mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes longer or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees F.
