  1. 1/2 cup quick-rolled oats.

  2. 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour.

  3. 1 cup whole wheat flour.

  4. 1/2 tsp salt.

  5. 1-1/2 tsp baking soda.

  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon.

  7. 2 sticks butter, softened.

  8. 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar.

  9. 3/4 cup granulated sugar.

  10. 2 tsp vanilla.

  11. 1 tsp lemon juice.

  12. 2 eggs.

  13. 1 ,( 12 oz bag,) chocolate chunks.

  14. 1 bag mini Reese's peanut butter cups, each cut in half

  1. Peheat oven to 350. line baking sheets w/ parchment paper. In bowl, combine oats, flours, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In another lg bowl, cream butter, sugars, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add eggs, beat until fluffy. Slowly stir flour mix into egg mix, mix well. Add chocolate chunks. Using a 1/4 measuring cup, fill, then make dough into a ball, repeat w/ remaining dough. Place balls onto pans 2-1/2 " apart. Bake until light brown, about 16-18 mins. Top cookies w/ halves of peanut butter cups, 1-2 each per cookie.Cool. ZPut into sealed containers to keep fresh.
