  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Olive oil

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Red bell peppers (medium)

  4. 2 Garlic cloves - sliced

  5. 1 Crushed red pepper flakes

  6. 8 cups 1896ml Steamed rinsed spinach

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions * Seed bell peppers and cut into strips. ** Do not dry spinach.

  2. In large skillet, heat oil. Add bell peppers, garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add spinach, with water still clinging to the leaves to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
