  1. Grasshopper Pie

  2. 1/12 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

  3. 1/4 cup of melted butter

  4. 350F for minutes.

  5. 32 large or 3 cups of miniature marshmallows

  6. 1/2 cup milk

  7. 1/4 cup creme de menthe

  8. 3 Tbsp creme de cacao

  9. 1 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream

  10. few drops of green food colour.

  11. Heat marshmallows and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly,

  12. just until marshmallows melt. Chill until thickened, then blend

  13. in liqueurs. In chilled bowl, beat cream until still. fold

  14. marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Fold in food colour, if

  15. desired. Pour into prepared and cooled crust. If desired, sprinkle

  16. with grated semisweet chocolate. Chill at least 3 hours until

  17. set.

  18. Since I couldn't get marshmallows here, I used to make my own using

  19. 2 Tbsp gelatine

  20. 3/4 cup water

  21. 3/4 cups sugar

  22. 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  23. 1 egg white

  24. Soften the gelatine in the water. Add sugar, and bring to the

  25. boil, stirring. Boil 8 minutes without stirring. Cool. Beat egg

  26. white till stiff, fold in powdered sugar, then slowly pour in cooled

  27. gelatine. Beat until white and thick.
