  9. 2 tsps baking powder

  20. 2/3 c chicken broth

  21. 2 egg whites -- whipped

  22. 400. Prepare a

  23. 9 square pan and a 2-quart casserole dish

  24. with cooking spray; set them aside. To prepare cornbread, combine cornmeal,

  25. baking powder, egg whites, and buttermilk in a mixing bowl. Spread batter

  26. 9 pan. Bake for 20 minutes then reduce heat to

  27. Remove cornbread from the pan and crumble into a mixing bowl. Add onions,

  28. celery, sage, poultry seasoning, black pepper, chicken broth, and egg
