Streusel Cream Cheese Cake

Title: STREUSEL CREAM CHEESE CAKE

**batter**

1 c Butter or margarine

1 c Sugar

2 Eggs

1/2 ts Salt

2 c Flour

2 ts Baking powder

**cheese mixture**

2 pk Cream cheese; softened,

8 oz

1 Egg

1/2 c Sugar

1 ts Vanilla

**topping**

1/4 c Sugar

1/4 c Flour

2 tb Margarine

45 Preheat oven to

350. For batter, cream margarine and sugar.

Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Spread 2/3

of batter into flat bottom of springform pan. Blend cheese filling

ingredients. Spread evenly over batter. Spread remaining batter on top.

Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 45 minutes. Source: The Pampered
