  1. 1 1/2 cup sugar

  2. 2 tsp. dry mustard

  3. 2 tsp. salt

  4. 2/3 cup vinegar

  5. 3 Tbsp. *finely* grated onion (puree it if you need to)

  6. 2 cup vegetable oil

  7. 3 Tbsp. poppy seeds

  8. Mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, and onion in blender or food processor.

  9. Add oil slowly, beating constantly until thick. Add poppy seeds. Pour

  10. into a container with a tight lid and store in refrigerator. It keeps a

  11. long time.
