  2. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Butter

  6. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Rolled oats

  7. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Skim milk

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut apples into slices. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Place half the apples in a nonstick baking dish and sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Dot with half the butter. Sprinkle half the oats over all. Arrange another series of layers. Then add milk. Cover and bake 350F for 45 minutes. Remove the cover and bake 15 minutes. more.
