  3. 5 oz 142g Grated cheddar cheese

  4. 5 oz 142g Grated gouda cheese

  5. 4 Eggs

  6. 2 1/2 cups 592ml Light cream

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Finely chopped onion

  8. 1 Pie pastry

  1. Recipe Instructions Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly. Place mixture onto pie pastry. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture. Bake 325F for 1/2 hour, reduce temperature to 275F and bake for additional 1 hour.
