  3. 1 cn Mushrooms(5 1/2oz)

  5. 1/2 t Cayenne pepper

  6. 1 c Cream

  7. 1 x Lemon juice

  8. 1 ea Onion,chopped

  9. 1 lb Crabmeat,lump,picked over

  10. 1 ea Pimiento,chopped

  11. 1/4 t Mace

  12. 1 c Milk

  13. 2 ea Egg yolks,well beaten

  14. 1 c Bread crumbs,buttered

  15. 1. Melt butter in saucepan with onion and celery; cook until

  16. vegetables are golden. 2. Add crabmeat, mushrooms, pimiento and seasonings; stir in milk and 15 minutes.

  17. 3. Add beaten egg yolks, a small amount at a time; cook

  18. 10 minutes

  19. longer, stirring. 4. Spoon hot mixture into four to six buttered ramekins or shells;
