  11. 1 tablespoon orange rind

  12. 2 teaspoons vanilla

  13. 3 cups oat bran

  14. 3/4 cup sliced almonds

  15. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  16. 1 cup dried cranberries

  17. 1/2 cup coconut
