  1. 4 lb Salmon fillet (skin 1 side)

  2. 1 Pepper ground to taste

  3. 1 Oil

  4. 1/2 c Butter melted

  1. Wash salmon in cold water, dry and season with pepper.

  2. Place on heated oak plank, skin down, and bake at 350/F 25-30 minutes.

  3. Baste with melted butter during cooking.

  4. If fish does not brown during cooking, place under broiler last 2 minutes.
