  1. 6 oz 170g Sliced chicken breast

  2. 2 oz 56g Macadamia nuts

  3. 5 oz 142g Zucchini - sliced

  4. 1 oz 28g Dried chile

  5. 1 oz 28g Onions - sliced

  6. 1 oz 28g Green onions - sliced

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oyster sauce

  8. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Fish sauce Ground pepper

  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Safflower oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Put 1-1/2 tbsp. safflower oil into hot pan, add chicken and cook until meat is cooked evenly. Add zucchini, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds. Add 3 tbsp. hot water. Cook for 1 minute more. Add Macadamia nuts, onions, and green onions. Cook for an additional 30 seconds. VARIATION: May add shrimp, scallops, pork, beef, or tofu, in place of chicken. *Omit the fish sauce if you cannot get or it substitute low-sodium soy sauce.
