  1. 2-3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  2. 2-3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate

  3. 6 cups powdered sugar

  4. 1 cup butter

  5. 2 cups peanut butter

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a medium bowl mix together sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Dough will be loose. Form 1-2 inch balls from the dough. Refrigerate balls for 30 minutes to 1 hour. In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Dip balls in chocolate with either a toothpick or a fork. Set on wax paper and cool.
