  5. MELON AND GINGER LASSI

  6. 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt

  7. 3 oz. melon flesh

  8. 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  9. 1-2 tblsp sugar or sub

  10. ice cubes as required

  11. scant 1 cup water

  12. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until mixture is frothy, pour into a tall glass and serve with more ice, if desired.
