  2. Coconut oil/Coconut butter 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  3. Vanilla agave 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  4. Coco powder 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  1. Directions MAKING 1. FOR CASHEW NUTS In a food processor, put the cashew nuts and grind well until smooth.

  2. FOR CHOCOLATE CHIPS In a bowl, mix coconut butter with cocoa powder and vanilla agave. Spread it on a plate lined with baking parchment and freeze for 2-3 hours. Remove from freezer and chop up them.

  3. FINALIZING 3. In a large bowl, combine the ground cashew nuts with chocolate chips. Make cookie shapes and put them in refrigerator until crispy.

  4. SERVING 4. Serve the Raw Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie as it is.
