  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Burnt sugar syrup

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Cold water

  5. 1 Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract

  1. Recipe Instructions Place all ingredients except vanilla in double boiler; mix thoroughly. Cook, beating constantly with rotary or electric mixer, until mixture forms peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; beat until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Ice cooled cake.
