Steamed Black Cod with Oyster Sauce

    1. 450 g 2 pcs

    2. 1 pc Large foil sheet

    3. 1 pc Seasoning Mix Premium Oyster Sauce

    4. 2 tbsp Cooking Wine

    5. 2 tsp Corn starch

    6. 2 tsp Sugar

    7. 1/2 tsp Chopped red chili

    8. 1/2 pc Chopped shallot

    9. 2 pcs Chopped green onion

    10. 2 pcs White pepper to taste

    1. Mix black cod with seasoning mix. Roll fish with banana leaf and then wrap with foil. Steam fish over high heat for about 12 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
