  2. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  3. 6 oz. can Chicken of the Sea Lump Crabmeat

  4. 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped

  1. In skillet on stovetop, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic to skillet and saute 30 seconds. Add cream to skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for approx.

  2. minutes, until thickened. Prepare ahead and hold in hot holding well. Spread 1/2 cup sauce evenly over crust. Add remaining ingredients, distributed evenly. Bake in pizza oven as usual. Makes 8 servings.
