Pumpkin Cookies

2 sticks butter

1 c. sugar

1 c. pumpkin

1 egg

2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

350 degrees. Drop cookies by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake

10 to 12 minutes. Remove from trays and let cool. Ice with frosting.

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter

1/3 c. milk

2/3 c. brown sugar

1 1/3 c.

10x sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 minutes. Cool slightly, then stir in

10x sugar and vanilla. Frost cookies immediately.
