  1. 224 g each 1/4 cup whiskey

  2. 1/2 cup water

  3. 1 tbsp. brown sugar

  4. 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  1. Place pork chops in a large skillet and brown about 2 minutes per side over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium and pour the whiskey into the skillet. Cover chops and cook about 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through. Transfer the chops to a plate and tent with foil. Add water, brown sugar, Dijon, salt and pepper to the skillet. Increase the heat to high and boil the Dijon mixture about 3 minutes until reduced to sauce consistency. Spoon the sauce over the chops and serve.
