  1. 4 cups of rice

  2. curry powder

  3. soy sauce

  4. seasosing salt

  5. 1 medium onion

  6. 1/2 red pepper

  7. 1/2 green pepper

  8. 4 Red chile peppers

  9. garlic

  10. vegetable oil

  11. sweet basil

  1. Cook the rice the day before.

  2. Cut the onions, and peppers in any shape you like. In a bowl mix the curry powder, seasoning salt, soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water and set aside.

  3. In a wok or large non stick pot, heal up 3 Teaspoonfuls of oil, stir fry the vegetables for about 10 mins. The add the curry mix and mix in with the veggies about about 2 mins. Then add the rice, make sure to disperse it with your hand before adding. Mix on High for 2 min, then set the stove on low for about five min and add in the Basil.
