  1. 1 (13" x 9") pan of brownies, cooled

  2. 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  3. 1 cup peanut butter

  4. 3 cups powdered sugar

  5. 1/2 cup half and half 1 teaspoon vanilla

  6. 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  7. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  1. Prepare brownies and cool completely. In large bowl, beat cream cheese with peanut butter until smooth. Alternately add powdered sugar and half and half, beating until smooth; beat in vanilla.

  2. In small bowl, combine whipping cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into peanut butter mixture and immediately spoon and spread over brownies. Chill for 2-4 hours until set. Serves 16
