  1. 2 cup Pancake Mix

  2. 12 oz Tofu

  3. 4 oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature

  4. 2 tablespoon Powdered Green Tea 2 tablespoon Sugar

  5. 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  1. Drain Tofu.

  2. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F.

  3. In a disposable pastry plastic bag or just ziploc, combine pancake mix, sugar,tofu, cream cheese and powdered green tea. Rub the bag to mix all ingredients well.

  4. Rest the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  5. If you use ziploc, cut the half inch opening from bottom corner of plastic bag. Squeeze 1 rounded tablespoonful dough from the bag onto the baking dish placed cooking sheet. Brush olive oil over the surface of each donut (to make it crispy) 6.Bake for 20-25 minutes.
