  1. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Beef short ribs

  2. Marinade

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Red chili sauce

  4. 1 Onion - diced

  5. 1 cup 237ml Dry red wine

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper - fresh ground

  9. 1 Garlic - large, minced

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients.

  2. Let sit for 15 minutes. Marinate ribs in sauce thoroughly.

  3. Sear 5 minutes on each side.

  4. Cover grill with heavy foil, add ribs and spoon sauce over. Cook for 5 minutes, turn and spoon more sauce.

  5. Keep turning and saucing every 15 - 30 minutes until done.
