  1. 340 g 1 pc, cut into pieces

  2. 170 g 2 tbsp Plain flour

  3. 2 tbsp Green onion(s) a little

  4. Double Deluxe Seasoned Soy Sauce

  5. 3 tbsp Turnip puree

  6. 4 tbsp

  1. Cook shrimp meat in boiling water until done. Drain and let cool. Chill for later use.

  2. Dry bean curd and dust with mixed corn starch and plain flour.

  3. Deep-fry bean curd until golden yellow. Drain. Arrange on a serving plate.

  4. Arrange shrimp meat on the fried bean curd. Pour over seasoning mix. Sprinkle with diced green onion.
