  1. 1 tb Cornstarch 

  2. 1/4 c Honey

  3. 2 tb Grated orange rind 

  4. 1 tb Soft margarrine

  5. 1 c Orange juice 

  6. 1 ea Fresh orange,sectioned

  1. Mix the cornstarch, orange juice,orange rind and honey in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the margarine until it melts. Add the orange sections to the sauce or use as garnish.
