  1. ** %% EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CREAM PUFFS %% ** (I use instant chocolate pudding mixed with whipped dream whip) Mix the mousse according to package, or use the pudding/dream whip mixtur.

  2. Chill.

  3. cup margarine 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup flour 4 eggs Icing sugar Combine water, margarine and salt in medium saucepan, bring to a boil.

  4. Add flour all at once, stir vigorously until mixture forms a stiff ball in centre of pot.

  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth.

  6. Spoon dough into 12 mounds on large greased cookie sheet.

  7. Bake in 400 oven for 10 minutes.

  8. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes or until done.

  9. Slit puffs open to allow steam to escape, cool.

  10. Cut tops off puffs, To serve, dust with icing sugar.

  11. Makes 12 puffs.

  12. ** N O T E ** I had always turned the oven off after the additional 30 minutes and left them to sit in the oven while it cooled off.

  13. I don't know the reasoning behind this.

  14. Does any one else know which method is the better? I have never had them fail by leaving them in the oven till cool.
