  7. 1/2 c lemon juice

  10. In a blender or food processor, combine chiles, garlic, onion,

  11. sugar, lemon juice, water and salt;whirl until onions are finely

  12. 1 to 2 quart pan and cook over medium

  13. 1/2 cup

  14. 10 minutes
