  1. DIRECTIONS In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, layer half each of the lamb, potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with half each of the salt, pepper and thyme. Repeat layers and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Pour broth over top. Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high setting for 3 to 5 hours. Sprinkle individual servings of stew with parsley.
