  1. 3 tablespoons Fresh chives, chopped fine , morm, is fine

  2. 3 Cloves fresh garlic, chopped fine or minced

  3. 1 cup Sourdough starter

  4. 1 tablespoon Yeast

  5. 7 1/2 g, I think

  6. 1 cup Warm water or coffee

  7. 1 teaspoon Sugar

  8. 1 teaspoon Salt

  9. 1 cup Quick oats

  10. 4 cups To 5 cups flour

  1. Dissolve yeast in water or coffee in glass or ceramic bowl.[or plastic] Add starter, oats and sugar. Stir in 2 cups flour. Add chives, garlic, and and salt. Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough handles well and isn't sticky. Knead well, and let rise in greased bowl until nearly doubled. Knock down, knead a bit, and let rise again. When almost doubled, knock down, divide in half, and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake at 400F for about 35 minutes.
