  2. 2 2/3 cups uncooked penne pasta (8 ounces)

  3. 7 ounces roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped

  4. 7 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, undrained

  5. 2 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained

  6. 3 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves

  7. 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

  8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  9. 2 tablespoons pine nuts

  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add pasta; toss. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
