  1. 100 g peanuts

  2. 100 g tapioca flour cooking oil Spices:(puree)

  3. 1 clove garlic

  4. 1 tsp salt

  1. : 1. Dissolve 25 g tapioca flour with 100 ml of water. Add spices and stir well. Bring to a boil.

  2. Mix the peanuts with the dough on top, stirring until blended.

  3. Place the peanuts on top before winnowing that has been sprinkled with the remaining starch.

  4. Shake the winnowing tray until the entire surface coated peanut flour.

  5. Heat oil to 170 degrees Celsius temperature, fried peanuts, stirring gently until cooked and dry.

  6. Remove, drain and let the steam heat is lost. Serve.
