  1. 1 x 360 g tin corned

  2. 1 x 400 g crushed 1 onion,

  3. 2 sheets puff

  1. Mix the corned beef, tin tomatoes and the onion together in a bowl.

  2. Lay sheet of puff pastry into a greased pie dish and spoon the corned beef mixture onto the pastry.

  3. Cover with remaining pastry sheet.

  4. Bake at 180C until pastry is crisp, golden and puffy.
