  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cucumber - peeled and diced fine

  2. 2 cups 474ml Sour cream

  3. 1 Garlic - minced fine

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic salt

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chives - chopped or 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped or 1 1 tablespoon 15ml Dill - chopped.

  1. Recipe Instructions Wrap cucumber in several thicknesses of paper towels and press out all moisture. Combine cucumber with remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to serving bowl. Chill. Yield 2 cups. I've made the first recipe and it tastes pretty close to what you get on a commercial gyro, here in California.
