  1. 1 Pound ground beef

  2. 1/2 Cup water

  3. 1/2 Cup salsa

  4. 1 envelope taco seasoning mix (1&1/4oz)

  5. 1 Package refrigerated biscuit dough

  6. 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese Various toppings, lettuce,olives,tomatoes,sour cream

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Stir in water, salsa and taco seasoning mix heating thoroughly. (now the fun part) Turn a muffin tin upside down, place biscuits on each cup, pressing dough to sides and top of each inverted muffin tin. Bake as directed on the package. Remove from oven and carefully take each cup from pan. Place hot meat mixture into the cups. Top with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce,black olives, diced tomatoes, sour cream...your choice. ** I've made this little cups and put in sloppy joe mixture, Meatballs w/a dab of sauce.
