  1. 3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta) , uncooked

  2. 1 lb. lean ground beef

  3. 2 carrot s, sliced

  4. 4 green onion s, chopped

  5. 2 cups milk

  6. 1 cup frozen peas

  7. 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA® , cut into 1/2-inch cubes

  8. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

  1. COOK pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

  2. DRAIN pasta. Add to meat mixture with milk, peas and VELVEETA; stir. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

  3. SPRINKLE with shredded cheese.
