  1. 1 1/2 ounces rum (recommended: Bacardi Superior)

  2. 1/2-ounce pama liqueur

  3. Handful fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish

  4. 1/4 cup goji berries

  5. 1/2 lime, juiced, plus lime wedges for garnish

  6. 2 sugar cubes

  7. Club soda

  8. Goji juice

  1. Combine the rum, pama liqueur, mint leaves, goji berries, lime juice and sugar cubes in a cocktail shaker and muddle . Strain into rocks glasses and top with club soda and goji juice. Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
