  1. 2 tb Dijon mustard

  2. 2 tb Honey

  3. 1/2c Apricot spreadable fruit -- APRICOT --

  4. 1/4ts Pepper

  5. 1/2ts Salt

  6. 1/4ts Paprika

  7. 1/2c Cornflake crumbs Mix

  8. 1/2c Bisquick reduced fat baking

  9. 1 tb Vegetable oil Breast halves (about 1 lb.)

  10. 4 Boneless, skinless chicken

  11. 1 tb Vinegar

  1. + Directions : Trim fat from chicken breast halves if necessary. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Toss chicken and oil. Mix remaining ingredients except Apricot-Honey sauce in plastic bag. Shake about 6 pieces of chicken at a time in bag until coated. Shake off excess crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in microwavable pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2". Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 7 to 8 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes, until chicken is done. Serve with Apricot-Honey Sauce. Apricot-Honey Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a 2-cup microwavable measure. Microwave uncovered on high about 2 minutes or until hot.
