  1. 6 flour tortillas, cut into 4 pieces apiece

  2. vegetable oil, for frying

  3. 1/2 cup cinnamon

  4. 1/2 sugar

  5. 1 cup chocolate, dark

  6. 1 cup chocolate, white

  7. Vanilla Ice Cream

  8. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  9. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  10. 1/2 cup fresh black berries

  11. Hershey’s chocolate sauce and caramel sauce, Optional

  1. Procedure:

  2. Fry tortillas in veggie oil until crisp. As soon as you pull tortillas from oil, shake excess oil off and put into bowl lined with absorbent towel.

  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Place the cooked tortillas on a cookie sheet or two if you have to. Sprinkle sugar mixture over tortillas until evenly, but thickly, coated.

  4. Melt the chocolates separately in the microwave in glass bowls. Drizzle melted chocolates over the chips.

  5. To assemble: Place 6 tortillas on a plate and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle fresh berries on top and, if you have it, Hershey’s chocolate sauce and/or caramel sauce.
