  1. 1 quart water

  2. 2 ounces jamaica flowers

  3. 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar, or to taste

  4. 2 limes, cut into slices

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add flowers, reduce heat and simmer, loosely covered for 15 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes. Strain liquid while pressing down on the flowers. Stir in sugar to dissolve; refrigerate. Serve with lime in the glass as garnish.
